When God gave me the vision to start a church, He also gave me the provision. In April 1999, Faith in the Word Christian Center was birthed. By faith, we began holding regular worship service at the Zebulon Civic Center with only four people in attendance. In 2007, God enabled us to build a 5,100 square foot worship facility of our own on 10 acres of land!

People look in amazement and wonder how we accomplished so much with so few in this amount of time. GOD is the answer along with a faithful church family that believes in the BIBLE. It is truly a blessing to be a part of such a loving, faith walking, Bible believing, scripture quoting, and jubilant congregation. To each member, I say, “Thank you for your willingness to serve in this ministry and for holding up my arms!” As we continue to walk by faith, God will continue to do exceedingly, abundantly above what we ask or think.
